Refund Policy

When purchasing coffee equipment, accessories, or lifestyle products from beanroom, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the day the product is received.

During this period, beanroom provides return or exchange services if the product remains unopened, unused, or if there are defects or malfunctions not caused by human factors, except for special conditions stated below.

Food Product Return Policy

Due to food safety considerations, coffee beans and all food-related products (including drip coffee bags) cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

Exceptions

- Tableware and coffee equipment are considered personal hygiene products. Once opened and used, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
- Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page, packaging, or instruction materials cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact us through your order message.
2. Our customer service team will confirm the details of your return or exchange request.
3. beanroom will inspect the returned product after receiving it.
4. A replacement product will be shipped (exchange), or a refund will be processed (return) once the product condition is confirmed.

Return Instructions

Please ensure that the returned product, including all accessories, is properly packed in its original packaging.

Invoice  
Please include the original invoice when returning the product.

Refund Processing  
After receiving and confirming the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Credit Card Refunds  
For payments made by credit card, the refund will be issued back to the original credit card account.

Processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. Refund details are usually reflected on your credit card statement within 7–21 days. You may also contact your card issuer for further information.

Bank Transfer Refunds  
For cash-on-delivery orders, please provide your bank account information. The refund will be transferred directly to the designated account.

Unless the product itself is defective, return shipping fees and refund handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Instructions

Please ensure that the product for exchange, including all accessories, is properly packed in its original packaging.

Invoice  
If there is a price difference between exchanged products, please include the original invoice with the returned item.

Refund for Price Differences  
If a refund is required due to a price difference, it will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Credit Card Refunds  
Customers who paid by credit card may check their credit card statement within 7–21 days, or contact their card issuer for refund details.

Bank Transfer Refunds  
Customers who paid by cash on delivery should provide bank account information for the refund transfer.

Important Notes

- Returned or exchanged products must remain in the same condition as when received.
- Please include all invoices, documents, accessories, and gifts in the original packaging.
- If items are incomplete or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.
- Exchange shipments will be sent to the original order address. Additional shipping fees may apply if the delivery information needs to be changed.
- For large items, furniture, or specially marked products, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
