Co-created by coffee artisan Silence and the renowned Japanese kiln 「224 porcelain」 in Ureshino, Kiko is a handcrafted lower server designed to elevate the pour-over coffee experience through the beauty of craftsmanship and sensory expression. The Lake Limited Edition features an exclusive glaze developed in collaboration with (beanroom), mirroring the quiet depth of morning light reflected on a still lake—serene and profound.
As a dedicated coffee server, Kiko’s unique two-part structure allows water to flow naturally and gently within, softly awakening the aroma and essence of the coffee. This design brings out layered, rounded flavors with exceptional balance—reminiscent of the elegance and refinement revealed when a fine wine is properly decanted.
Beyond coffee, Kiko also serves as an elegant decanter for wine or sake. With just a brief rest in its form, the drink opens up to reveal its full character. Bridging the everyday and the ceremonial, Kiko is a graceful vessel crafted for those who savor life through taste.
Dripper – Lake Limited Edition
This dripper, also created by Silence and 224 porcelain, is meticulously crafted from Yoshida ware clay using traditional techniques from Saga Prefecture. Each piece embodies artisanal precision and handcrafted beauty.
Designed to accommodate both 2-cup and 4-cup brews, the dripper adapts seamlessly to various brewing scenarios. It uses a fan-shaped (T-shaped) filter and features a patented vortex pressure design that focuses the pour and ensures even water absorption—bringing out a clean and pure expression of coffee.
When paired with Kiko, brewing becomes an elegant and intuitive experience. Whether preparing a classic pour-over or a high-concentration brew, the result is always a well-balanced cup—bright in flavor, rounded in acidity, and full of clarity.
